This Privacy Policy governs Encykh (our website) and all applications published under the Encykh AppFactory division (including all current and future releases). We are committed to transparency and ethical standards in how we handle user data.
1. General Corporate Website Privacy
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information when you browse the main Encykh website. No cookies or third-party tracking scripts are active. Standard server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) are kept temporarily by our hosting provider for security and service stability.
2. AppFactory Applications (Offline-First Philosophy)
Applications built under the Encykh AppFactory division are designed to be offline-first. Your daily records, configurations, tools, and calculators operate directly on your device. We do not maintain server-side databases for your personal app data, meaning your records stay strictly in your own custody.
3. Location Data (App Specific)
Certain AppFactory utilities may request access to your device's location to compute geographical or astronomical calculations locally (such as coordinates, direction finding, or local timings). This data is processed strictly on-device using local sensors and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party.
4. Advertisements & Ethical Standards
To keep our AppFactory utilities free, some applications may show advertisements. We strictly filter these ads to block categories that conflict with Islamic and ethical principles (such as gambling, alcohol, adult content, dating, or interest-based finance). Third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers (like the Google Advertising ID or IDFA), IP addresses, and cookies to deliver and measure ads. You can opt out of personalized tracking via your device's operating system settings.
5. Data Backups & Deletion
Because your app data is stored locally, Encykh does not have backups of your logs, settings, or progress. Clearing your browser or app cache, or uninstalling the app, will permanently delete your data. You can export manual backups (JSON) locally to safeguard your information.

As we add new applications or features to AppFactory, we may update this policy. The date of the latest revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
