These Terms of Service govern your use of the Encykh corporate website and all applications published under the Encykh AppFactory division (including all current and future releases).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Encykh website or installing/using any AppFactory application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or applications.
2. License to Use
Encykh grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use our software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the applications without prior written permission.
3. Accuracy & Estimates
Our applications may calculate or display coordinates, directions, calendars, or timings. While we strive for high mathematical accuracy, these calculations are estimates. Users should verify critical calculations and timings with local authorities when necessary.
4. Disclaimer of Liability & Data Loss
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". Because AppFactory utilities store data locally on your device, Encykh is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device issues, app deletion, or cache clearing.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Encykh's operations, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
